This is my 4th time here I didn't have a appt and Monica made time for me they didn't run me through like a piece of cattle and explained what I should do in the future to keep me nails healthy
The visuals are beautiful, the service was incredible & the techs care about maintaining the health of your natural nails! I will be a regular customer from here on out!
This is such a lovely hidden gem on the South Side. Monica did my mani/pedi and she did such an awesome job. She was very meticulous and methodical, offered pleasant conversation and created an overall relaxing experience. I hate those "drive-thru", impersonal nail salons and lean more toward something with an inviting and upscale salon feel. A Polished Work definitely provides that and more.
I patronize this establishment twice and each visit the nail tech missed areas on my nails with the polish. Today I buried my brother I made a mental note not to be rude. The owner Monica even acknowledged the fact that I lost my brother. However I was just there last week on Friday and the polish chipped. I also called her last week and informed her I was having issues with my service. She told me told that they don't replace nail polish after three days!!! Now the ladies at Queen nails (Asian). She took her time literally 5 hours on just a full set but my nAils have helded up pretty good I'm on week 3 and there black owned
I loved it. They treat you like a friend, answer any questions you have and you leave with a smile. Can't wait to return.
Brought my girlfriend here and she absolutely fell in love with the service! While I was waiting my phone died and they had every charger to accommodate me, so I also fell in love without even getting my nails done! Lol
