A Polished Work was just that. "Polished!" A quaint, unassuming location with nice feminine decor. I appreciate a black owned neighborhood shop, where each customer was greeted upon their entry into the shop. The staff were skilled, professionals, friendly to all the customers and each other. (I'm observant) Finally and most importantly, it didn't have that sweatshop feel.
