My experience was great. Everyone was very polite and was willing to meet your needs.
Yesterday was my first time visiting A Polished Work and I received the pedicure of a lifetime. My technician (Mocha) was friendly, helpful, and very professional. The shop was clean and I personally saw them sanitize the equipment and stations. The entire staff was friendly and engaged in conversation and laughter with my entire group. I would highly recommend this shop my friends and family.
The ambiance upon entering was quite soothing and relaxing. Star was VERY attentive and engaging. She even did my granddaughter as a late booking. I like how when making reservations online it ask for special comments & then they r aware of it when u arrive. I was totally plz!!!!!!!!
The worst pedi experience. I'm on time. She sticks me in water that gets increasingly colder, like an idiot. 48 minutes soaking in cold water for what? Oh, right to be told that after you finished the no chip, you were going to polish someone else and THEN get to me. Nope. Never again.

Great customer service and excellent job well done.
Unprofessional, cannot stay on time for appointments, horrible attitude, and just overall horrible. I walked out after waiting 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment, without any service. I'll stick to Pretty Dapper Day. Learn professionalism and good customer service. Fyi, my boyfriend and was the appointment 5/4/17 at 4:15 and 5:15.
