I didn’t have an appointment, but they were able to squeeze me in! I had a pedicure by Nina, & and she did a great job. All staff was courteous, accommodating, and friendly! It was a very pleasant experience, and I will be booking another appointment!
I went 2 weeks ago and by the time I got home my polish chipped. I didn’t even trip. And yes I did dry my feet before I left. On the site it says if you get your services done by the student it’s a percentage off, I still paid full price with a tip. Once again I didn’t trip. Then today I didn’t make my appt cause I over slept but I did not confirm it through the email either and was charged $40. BULLSHIT!!!

A Polished Work is the full package with reasonable prices. I made the mistake of trying other shops for a few weeks and I ended up running back to the ladies at APW. Plain and simple, they do quality work AND they care about the health of your nails (which FYI most shops do not). The APW shop also provides a positive and welcoming atmosphere. I've yet to find a shop experience (with reasonable prices) that tops this one.

I had the most amazing mani/pedi yesterday at this cozy black owned nail salon. Monica and the staff were very professional, friendly, attentive and punctual. I will definitely, be returning.
I sang along to Beyoncé and sipped my water with my pinky raised while getting some much needed pampering for my tired hands and feet. In love. Will be back in 2 weeks. �

This review is different.... a month ago I made a post asking for help for some of my students who had a dream and desire to go to prom. I deal with students who struggle daily to achieve there high school diploma. 2 days after my post the owners approached me with a blessing to donate 2 free prom packages I mean makeup mani and pedi the full works.
