I went there yesterday for a fill as i always do ... go here for nails when I'm in concord. I brought my bestfriend with me , considering we both got full sets on a month ago right here at princess. Well we both got standard color fills...well that's what we were looking for. The lady I got, questioned if I wanted the one that last longer, where I already know what I wanted going in there I nicely said no. I paid for both mine and my bestfriends. I just left here. I called ahead of time and asked if they did white ombre they told me they did. I have never seen such terrible work done. All of my nails are uneven I asked for the tapered look.. some are tapered, some are square and even some are round. Also they are not even close to ombre some have a distinct line between the pink and white & some of the white goes almost all the way down to my cuticle. I came to Princess after a NIGHTMARE experience at Foxy Nails. The nail tech was friendly and talkative while still doing a great job fixing what remained of my nails. Another tech even helped fix my friend's full set for free since she had gotten a horror job at Foxy Nails. They are a little on the pricey side but given the positive experience I had I will definitely be returning.
Got tips done and they sucked! Had to redo them myself! Went to have them filled, giving them the benefit of the doubt and sucked again! Never again!!!! I've gone there for seven years......Any suggestions on where to go! P.S. Emily you may want to be a presence in your business! No wonder the state is in your dirty filthy establishment all the time! Your workers are rude and you should tell them to do their pills in the back!
I enjoy this salon always do the best. Took my girls here and we all enjoyed a Spa pedi.
