RecommendedI received an amazing spa pedicure. My 4 year old granddaughter got a mani/pedi. The staff were WONDERFUL. I highly recommend this nail spa.
RecommendedFirst time here today and it won’t be my last. So good to have found this place after the awful work I had done 2 weeks ago at Lovely Nails, also in Concord. Terry did a fantastic job on my acrylic fill with gel nail polish. He was able to fix the mess that was made of my hands from the previous nail salon. one of my nails smudged, the girl 'fixed' it, but she put on way too much polish and it so long to dry, and after I left, because the polish was so thick, it smudged again. she had her money so I feel she didn't care. Next.....
They have no respect for their clients and appointments.
Worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. Not only was the man rude, on his phone the entire time, but he also did not do the color I asked. I will never return and would not recommend.
Recommendedhonestly best place to go , I’ve gone to other areas in concord and they’ve cut my skin but i’ve been going here since i was 8 i’m now 17 and I’ve never once had a bad complaint!! terry is my regular nail person and he does such a good job is so gentle and always makes my nails look amazing , friendly staff and they always welcome you w such a warm smile((: Andy also does a really good job too!! along with everyone else of course.. i 10/10 recommend this place and always will!
I just got my nails done a little over a week ago. I loved the pedicure, but was not impressed with the manicure. I got gel for both. Same color for both. Every single one of the gels on my fingers just came off cleanly in one piece. Every single one! I have never had this happen before. The nail tech filed the edges of my nails at the end of the manicure and I believe this is why they came off the way they did. I will NOT be going back.
