awful job and I still tipped but wasn’t hood enough for a “Terry” who had poor customer service the entire time.... The prices should be better explained before a service... I will not be here again..
Crappy pedicure! My big toe is so infected after one day! The guy who did my pedi took tools out of his box not in packets that had been sanitized but thrown into his box. Will have to go to the drs tomorrow and get it looked at then I will be calling the board of health. I have it on video too!
The receptionist was nice the nail technician was nasty and not friendly at all to my party o 4
Got us in in spite of everyone busy. One person got us soaking till the next shift came in. They were nice, professional and prompt.
I used to get my nails done there all the time well I am done. Last two times they haven’t lasted three days they lifted I was there again on Saturday and today is Monday and they are lifting already NOT HAPPY

Perfection is what I got from Ken today I went in with hopes he could fix the set I had gotten days earlier with no luck he took my old nails off with ease and no pain started a brand new set shaped and ombre painted perfectlyy first time going to the place and I drove little out ofy way for nails but will be making princess nails my new nail salon thanks again Ken ur amazing ��
I walked in almost in tears....i had my natural nails dipped at a diff salon yesterday. It was terrible. I went back to that same salon today and they did them for free but they were even WORST and im not a complainer!!!! Of course by the time i was done nothing was open! I walked into to princess nails at closing time almost in tears they were so nice and took me right away! JENNY re did my nails and did a GREAT job! They are not too thick and for once actually look like my nails! Thank you Jenny! Ill see you in 2 weeks!�
