I love this salon. If you tell them what you want and your clear they know just what you need and they are super fun to talk to. I love when I go in with no expectations on what I want and they alway deliver a great look.
Always get the acrylic full set and it always comes out perfect!! Went there last night they were so gentle and always make you feel at home, I had a great time and watched Christmas movies ((: my mother also went with me and her nails came out good too and she loved it.
I got my nails done on Wednesday the 22, it's now the 26th and one has fallen off and 5 have chipped at the tip. Didn't even last 4 days. I will be going back on Tuesday and getting them redone not paying for it. Seriously shitty job
This was by far one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I work in concord and come to this salon often, each time it feels more and more rushed. I always come at like 9:30-10:00 am there is usually only one other client besides me in here absolutely no reason to rush. Today the man who did my acrylics did not shape them enough did not buff them out and I had to ask him 3 times to slow down because he kept cutting my cuticles. The polish job is poor and I will not be back.
I regularly go here for gel manicures and I am always satisfied, the one time I was not I called and the manager told me to come back in and they re-did the manicure for free.
I have never had anyone be as rude in a salon as I experienced here today. They took off my polish then proceeded to tell me it would be $33 for a fill/fix, $15 for long nails, and $15 for the design. I questioned it cause I've never paid $63 to get my nails done in my 22 years of going to nail salons. He rudely told me it was because it was twice the work. I would have gave this spa a minus star if i could. EXTREMELY rude staff. Especially the male nail tech. My maid of honor brought me here to get a mani . pedi. We where greeted by a woman that did not speak english. Then after we told another woman what we would like for services . I asked the male tech what would be a good wedding nail design.
