You will get your products back as scrap . I bought in a saw to have service , never get a call back for months stop by and found out the store open up my saw in multiple pieces and set in box and not able to put back together . They told me saw was no good . When I bought in for service it has only problems leaking too much bar chain oil no problem starting or run . I would recommend each customer to start there Equiptmment prior to leave to these company and have them sign something to indicate the Equiptment is still work... read more
