I contacted Don to see if the carpet in an upstairs bedroom was worth saving. Not only did he come over the next day, he removed stains that I never thought would come out. My husband and I were so pleased with the job he did at a very reasonable price. Don is also one of the nicest people I've ever met and thanked me for giving him our business as I was thanking him! Very professional and I will definitely recommend him to friends. THANK YOU DON!

I as so thrilled with every aspect of this job that I don't even know where to begin. I hired them to clean and seal my tile. It was a big job as the tile was in the large foyer, hallways, kitchen, laundry room and powder room. I put my trust in him and I could not possibly be happier. An absolutely amazing result…… Don is truly a magician when it comes to carpet cleaning. Let me explain —— We had two sixteen year old dogs that had become incontinent in their later years. We loved both dearly and could not bear to have them euthanized. Pooping and peeing on the carpet became a habit for both. While I can say the work he did was comparable to other such services I have used in the past, Don is the rudest contractor I have ever dealt with. Without going into details, I will simply say that he told me that I was "imagining" things when I told him that all the fans going (5 fans in 900 sf) was chilling me. We've used Don at A-One for our carpet cleaning a few times in the past with excellent results. So when it came to getting our carpets cleaned again after a few years, it was a no-brainer to call him again. He is VERY customer focused, and very appreciative of our business. Don does excellent work. He was on time and very through. In the future, If I needed a carpet cleaned, I would not call anyone else. Highly recommended.
