Don's company was referred to me by a friend and Don did a superb job cleaning my cream colored living room carpet. With a dog and young grand children, my carpet takes a beating. I first met Don 9 years ago when we got a new shelter dog (adult and 65 lbs) who had diarrhea his 2nd night with us on our bedroom carpet. He did a fantastic job cleaning that up as an emergency service and we've been using A-One ever since. I would trust him with the keys to my house but never have just because I have a day off a week anyway and he's such a pleasant and happy guy to chat with. We have been utilizing A-One Carpet Cleaning for several years. Don is extremely responsive to his customers' needs. You can depend on him to show up ready to go when he says he will and he communicates early and effectively if any changes occur. Despite heavy use of our 30 year-old carpets (puppies, spills and company), Don does a great job. No job seems beyond his capability (and we have had some tough ones over the years). We highly recommend A-One and Don for any of your carpet cleaning or restoration needs.

Have a rather large rental property with carpeting throughout. I had anticipated having to replace the carpeting as last tenants chose not to vacuum or take shoes off etc. I have to say I was amazed at the results. Don (the owner), HEPA vacuumed all carpets before steam cleaning and the carpets look like new. I would highly recommend A-One Carpet for any of your carpeting or hardwood refreshing projects.
