Don does an awesome job. We had paint spilled on a carpet and he went above and beyond to make sure it was gone. We have used him many times and will continue to do so!
Don was very dependable and cordial. He was careful moving furniture and placing the “clean carpet” on our hardwood floors. The carpets look and feel like they are brand new. I would strongly recommend him to relatives, neighbors or strangers.
Don is a true professional. Cleaned our tile in kitchen and garage entrance and was not satisfied with the grout color consistency. He would not take payment on the first cleaning but returned with what he felt would be a better cleaning product- from his supplier in Buffalo, NY -and re-cleaned and sealed the tile. It looks brand new. He has excellent equipment and a work and business ethic that are rarely found anymore. Recommend with complete confidence.

It goes without saying that Don did a great job on my 14 year old carpets. As important is that Don is the consummate professional, i.e. he arrived at the scheduled time, worked efficiently, and returned the following day for the fan pickup and to eliminate the effects of some spots of "wicking" that appeared after the carpet dried.
Don from A-One worked on my carpets and stairs yesterday which were very dirty with wear and pet "mistakes". I am looking at them today, and can't believe my eyes. They look like brand new. Don could not have been nicer, and he sure knows his stuff. I HIGHLY recommend that you call Don if you have carpet cleaning needs. He is very professional and friendly and does an incredible job. Extremely impressed !!!!! I actually was in a client's home while A-One Carpet Cleaning was also there . I am very focused on customer service...and noticed their attention to detail. Don is awesome to work with. VERY flexible with scheduling and response time is impeccable. When cleaning carpets he is extremely thorough and will continue to come back if a spot creeps up or just to make sure we are happy with our carpet cleaning. My carpets always look great once he is done with them. VERY reliable, friendly, and my kids enjoy seeing him yearly :) I recommend A-One to everyone I know!
