Dan installed a microwave for us and some other small tasks. He quoted a flat rate which we agreed to not knowing how long it would all take. He did excellent work and was done fairly quick so his hourly rate was around $140. He quotes very high so you pay for the fact that he is a licensed contractor and not just your typical handyman.
Dan has helped maintain my home for the last 15 years. He is always on time and makes repairs neatly and efficiently and for the price quoted.
