Dan was sent to me by a friend who thinks he's the BEST! She was right... On time. prepares, smart, fair, upfront about pricing and great work! Creative ideas to help you out. By the way make sure you make him lunch if spends the day at your house he deserves it and should be treated with that kind of respect!

When recently moving my brother, the tasks of resettling were monumental! I called Dan and he arrive later that day and completed our first list of adding shelves, hooks, hanging pictures, etc. Then 2 days later I called him and he arrived within a few hours and completed the rest of the picture hanging and other "handyman" items. He is very efficient, professional and prompt. The move was more pleasant because of him. He is honest and I would recommend him for any of your handyman needs!

I needed a skilled handyman 2 install some lite fixtures and had some other (fairly) small projects. Naturally none of the projects turned out to be as easy as I thought they would be. But Dan stuck with his quote and even gave me some suggestions on how to save money on other projects. Free decorating advice too! A big PLUS was that I felt comfortable with him working in my home. For all u single gals who want a good, honest, trustworthy handyman (yep they do exist) he is the ONE to hire...and he is very patient!!!

I called Dan early one Saturday morning to install a dishwasher. Dan was very flexible in his time. He not only helped to pick up and deliver the unit to my house, Dan also did an outstanding job in the installation. My wife and I were very pleased with the work provided by Dan. I highly recommend Dan for any job in your home. Thanks again Dan!!!

Ten interior doors needed to be installed in our home, after an exhausting search for a contractor we felt comfortable with, we found Dan. Dan was very professional, his workman ship flawless and the price was very reasonable.We have and will continue to recommend Dan to anyone in need of a contractor.

If you want a professional, knowledgeable, and experienced licensed contractor Dan is your man. I had to remodel my bathroom and after doing some research I found out that, he is well qualified to do the job. He is reliable, honest, hardworking, and professional. I was extremely satisfied with his work.

I called to have a hole drilled in a granite counter top and arranged it to be done the following day. I was told someone would be at my home between noon and 4 PM. I waited the entire time and no one showed up. I called and left a message at 4:30 and also paged them but got no call back. I chose this company based on the good reviews but wanted to add this one as well so others know they are not reliable!

I had to have a door Jam replaced in the frame of my bedroom doorway. Dan came over very promptly and built a new door jam for me and did a great job for a moderate price. I paid 275$ for the job, but was told by an expert in the construction business this was a great deal rather than the cost of replacing the entire frame. I would recommend Dan the Handy Man to anyone who really needs good work done.
