DO NOT GO TO THIS PRACTICE! They will dismiss you as a patient if you miss appointments even with proper cancellation time. I had serious medical crisis that caused me to cancel some appointments and not having children old enough to drive, and a husband who works out of town, the health crisis came first. Bo one ever called from the office to find out what the issues were. Having a phobia of the dentist, I waited FAR too long between appointments. I have been getting things caught up and fixed and Dr Patel and ALL of the staff have been nothing short of incredible, comforting, and informative through it all. A BIG BIG THANK YOU to Dr Patel and her team at a Brush with Dentistry! I broke a part of my tooth off last night and was leaving today for Florida. I called to make an appointment for when I return and Erin said ‘let me check if you have time I think we can see you today.’ What?!?!? I was thrilled-definitely didn’t expect to hear that! I got a temporary filling and made it to the airport with time to spare! You are the best! Dr Patel, Erin, Ashley and all the staff are very kind and professional. Thank you again!
Dr. Patel and her staff have always treated us with the utmost courtesy and excellence. They are also phenomenal with children. My daughter does not fear the dentist AT ALL due to the fun, colorful atmosphere they create. Highly recommended.
Dr. Patel and her staff are wonderful! They are thorough in explaining what they’re going to do, and have a dental plan created for patients like me who need extensive work done. I highly recommend!
