Kelly Santana is a genuine caring person who was on point assisting me to the right path to help my brother. Her follow up with me and keeping me updated is something new to me, as previously I had struggled to get answers and guidance to help my brother. Today, I can honestly say I feel confident that I will get the help for my brother that he so desperately needs. Thank you for having such a professional caring member on your team.
The people in this agency are very unprofessional and don’t know their job. I wouldn’t recommend this agency. I would get mass text msgs with other clients personal info. So it’s possible the same may have happened with my mom’s info. I’m definitely reporting this agency and not just to the state. This has to be a HIPPA violation.
Excellent customer service, prompt, friendly and well organized agency. Highly recommend.
