The customer service from this company is horrible. Called to have my roof checked out from wind damage. An employee from the company came and checked my roof and said that I would need my whole roof replaced so he would have to have another individual come and check my roof since he only dealt with repairs! That person also said that my roof needed replacement. But he had me sign a form so that he could work with my insurance company. Excellent company. From sales Sam A. who worked with us throughout the insurance phase to Stanley S. who ran the project. Company delivered what they said when they said. Roofing team was top notch. Customer service is a dying art, but not at A-Best.
