If 0 stars could be given, I would. Had a new roof installed by them. It's leaking. Made many attempts to contact them & was blown off; after getting an email wanting me to refer them, I replied no & I would tell people to avoid them. This was several weeks ago, since then, I have gotten only one call. The office manager sent an email wanting me to call her.I refuse to do business on the phone; if it's not on paper (email, text etc) then it doesn't exist. Been burned by too many of these companies. We stand by our work, that is why, when we received a response that you were not happy on 6/19/24, we immediately called and left you a voicemail that same day. We followed up again, yesterday, 6/26/24, because we had not heard back. We responded this morning to your email as well as called, in hopes to get more information. Our roof was severely damaged from the hail storm we had before the severe wind storm. we called A-best roofing as they had done work for us in other situations and always did a great job. This time Jadin was our contact. he went all over the roof taking pictures of the hail damage. then he went in the attic to look for any previous leaks. he found out deking wasn't up to standards. later he met with out insurance carrier adjuster to make sure he saw all the hail damage and our decking problem. he did a surperb job of keepon... read more
We have used A-Best in the past for roof repairs with no issues. I called today to make an appointment to have our roof looked at. They would not make an appointment with me unless my husband was also present. I said that wasn't necessary as 1) I can fully make the decisions for our household 2) it does not work with our schedules to have both of us take the time to meet the provider (but let's be honest the first point is most important). Jason R. did a thorough inspection of my roof and worked closely with me and my insurance company. He came out to the house multiple times to make sure all bases were covered. He invested a lot of time and effort to ensure we were taken care of. Jason went above beyond! Once the insurance company provided the go ahead, the job was scheduled quickly and finished within a very timely fashion. Sam A**** with A Best Roofing Tulsa came over to inspect and talk about our need for a replacement roof. It was such an informative meeting about every aspect of the roofing process. Very different from the other businesses that come out to quote a roof replacement. Sam had great pictures of what was actually happening to our roof with what the insurance adjusted called zippering. They did everything they told me they would and completed the job promptly.
I own a rental house in Tulsa (I live out of state). My tenant notified me of water damage on the ceiling in one of the rooms. Lauren set up an appointment for an inspector to meet with my tenant on 8/31/20. I received a text message confirming the appointment and a Face Time meeting was set up for 9/1 @ 3:00 pm (Tulsa time) to go over the findings with me. I did not receive a call on 9/1 as agreed. Russ from A-Best roofing came to my home to give me an estimate of having my roof replaced. I was very pleased with his presentation and learned quite a bit from it. The work will be completed soon on my roof but as of this time, I am very pleased with Russ and the way he presented everything.
While I believe the quality of the products they use are good, I would have to say they did not deliver on what was sold. I had storm damage to my roof and the worked to get a full replacement roof with my insurance. After sitting thru a over 30 minute sales presentation, I was promised every bell and whistle, signed the contract that showed every bell and whistle was included.
