I paid 50% down for my roof. I’m not going to tell all the details but no one has still shown up to do the roof. I get told every two weeks to a month it’ll be another two weeks it’s been many months I’ve never paid 50% down on any roof for A-Best until this one thought it was strange, but heard similar things. I was just told two weeks again tonight for an expensive tile roof I’ve been very patient. Not fact, but the rumor is the ownership has changed. Great job.
We had a couple of spots on our MBR ceiling so we called A-Best to see if it was a roof issue. Gavin came out and inspected the roof and in the attic and no roof issues. To his credit, Gavin referred our “mystery” to a more experienced co-worker, Jamie S., who came out a few days later and his experience led him to find the issue up in our walkout attic, a gas pipe over by the eve/venting area that sweats when cold and needs additional insulation. A-Best Roofing is awesome! Jamie Stokes went above and beyond to make sure an amazing flashing was applied to a chimney on our home. He even followed up to repair that same flashing at no charge after we had additional work completed by a different company. A-Best IS best!!
