The owner himself came out to clean the carpet very very well done excellent job carpet was barely wet when he's finished I believe it's a dry application that he uses so it was excellent I would recommend highly recommend this company
Al was on time and very accommodating.
Al is wonderful! He gave me a quote over the phone to clean dirty carpets that we discovered on our final walk through of our home purchase and helped us get an additional credit at closing. We then had him come clean them. He was quick to respond and did the job on short notice so we could move our furniture in sooner. Highly recommend!
Al did an amazing job on some very old and dirty carpet. He worked and re-worked problem areas...and there were many. He was quick to respond to my inquiry; gave me the best quote over the phone; stuck to his number even after he put so much effort and supplies into the cleaning; was on time; and had a wonderful disposition. It was an all around great experience.
Al's customer service is fabulous. He called quick, gave me the price, told me all he would do. Stuck to what he said and did it. Did it quickly! Customer service was great. I felt safe in my home with a man I did not know. Service with a smile. I wanted to support a local business. Al was the first one to call me. His pitch was so amazing I did not even talk to the other two guys.

Charged me the exact price quoted on the phone. Al was knowledgeable and kind. My rugs and furniture look fantastic! the process Al uses does not smell at all so it was safe for my family and dogs. I know I will be using Al again! Highly recommend.
