I would not hire them again. I am surprised by the reviews they have got. Not professional and did bad job at cleaning the carpet and upholstery.

We are SURE that the OVER 100 CUSTOMERS that gave us FIVE STARS are SURPRISED at THIS CUSTOMER complaining about us not doing a good job and saying we are unprofessional ! Our manager himself (WHO TEACHES OTHERS HOW TO CLEAN THE RIGHT WAY) spent THREE TIMES AS LONG at this job than usual and used THREE TIMES AS MUCH PRODUCT just to satisfy this VERY, VERY PICKY CUSTOMER !! Al the owner was very thorough, knowledgeable and very good at is job. He was very quick and worked well with my special needs in the house and problem carpet spots.
I highly value this companies service. The have provided a lot of services over the years for me and I highly recommend them.
I had A-A Quick Dry Carpet Cleaning to my home in November. I was extremely pleased with the quality and professionalism that I received. After doing “all” my homework of reading review after review regarding Carpet Cleaners, I went with my first choice. Not only was the Customer Service Excellent, they were able to get out old stains that other Companies, in the past, could not!!! Here it is a month later and my carpet still looks as good as it did the day after my cleaning. I would DEFINITELY recommend this company!
I was very pleased with Al! I used him 8 years ago and called to ask if he was still in business and he said yes. I was very pleased with his services. I had to catch a train and he was in an out. It was amazing!
I think they were absolutely wonderful and courteous. I had one small problem but they are coming back on Thursday no questions asked to fix it. They were prompt and efficient. I would use them again in a heart beat.
Al was the first person to call back. He showed up at the time he said he would and even gave me a 15 minutes heads up so I could not waste any time coming from my office to my house. Really nice and thorough. Great Job.
