Very courteous. Al and Ray were very timely and flexible.
Had never done this type of chemical cleaning before, usually do steam cleaning. This was great, very pleased. He was very professional and a gentleman. Could not have expected more!
He was very good, he's the best, great customer service. Has done work for my home and my church. We are all happy with his work.
He has a great value for his price and I have used him for years. I have built a rapport with his tech Ray as he is the one who always comes out to clean. I will continue to recommend him!
He does a really good job! I think his customer service is outstanding. The first time I was shopping around for carpet cleaning, I have never found anyone so engaging, he was almost like a friend.

Our MANAGER...who trains others how to clean carpets...personally did this job for the customer, and, after seeing how BAD the carpet looked, was told by the customer to just do the best he could considering how bad the carpet looked. The manager then proceeded to give the carpets a DOUBLE STRONG treatment for NO EXTRA CHARGE !! If you look at all of the OTHER RATINGS that we have received, you will see that almost ALL OF THEM are 5 STARS !! Unfortunately, this is just one of those people that you JUST CAN'T PLEASE !!
Al was very easy to work with, he did all that I asked to get cleaned. Super nice guy!!
