With a CAT odor problem in the basement and closet, ALL BETTER! Al was friendly and educated me through his process. I will be using him for my ongoing cleaning needs!
I had all bedrooms, hallway and stairs and family room done. Have 2 greyhounds with finicky stomachs, and there were a lot of spots I did not expect to come out. Al did a great job and the spots are either gone or so faded you don?t see them
Al did my carpet cleaning and did a great job!!! It saved me so much time having someone else do my carpets. He's easy to talk to and communicates well ...He even let me tack on a couple extra jobs for minimal cost!! I will definitely call him again to do my carpets in the future.
Al was very professional and helpful to explain what the process was to clean all the carpets and rugs. He explained the difference between his method vs steam cleaning.He was very accommodating.Very please!
