This company was very polite and easy to work with. Their rates were much lower than others. However, I was surprised when the man arrived b/c I was expecting a truck with a long hose as I'd seen with previous cleanings with other companies. This man had a regular car and used a very old looking, small, vacuum shaped machine and little else. He did a very good job-he was on time and very reasonably priced. I was very pleased with him.
Job done poorly. My stair in my house was NOT cleaned properly and the carpet does NOT have a fresh clean smell. It has a WET carpet smell. When I called and spoke to AL (the owner) about the issues with my service...he began to make excuses for the guy who performed the service and began to become very argumentative. Never did he ask what could he do to correct the problem....after saying before I hired him that he guarantee his work and that if there was problems that he would stand behind his work and product. This customer was given double treatment for no extra charge...double freshners for no extra charge...free staingard protector...and the job was done by the manager, who trains men how to properly clean carpets...Everyone who uses this product usually loves the "fresh clean smell" of it... however, you just can't "always" please everyone "all of the time" Checking "all" of our reviews, "most" customers say our service is great !!
Very flexible with scheduling for me. The job was done quickly and quite well.
I am satisfied the way my carpet were cleaned by Quick Dry. At first, I thought the job will not be done right as the equipment was just a regular looking machine. However, it did the job well and I will defnitely recommend A-A Quick Dry Carpet Cleaning to a friend. Thanks to Al and his guy (sorry, I forgot the name), who cleaned the carpet. He was professional and did the job well! The price was reasonable as well! I will definitely use A-A Quick Dry again.
Some old spots didn't come entirely clean, but Ray alerted me to that possibility before he started. They are much better and all the carpeting feels nice and clean!
The carpet did appear to be clean for the most part, except there were some spots that it looks like they missed or didn't spend enough time on. Also, the carpet seemed to be all matted down and smashed into a circular pattern when finished. I did not like that look.
While the person who showed up was professional, he cleaned my couches with a dirty round brush from the bottom of a cheap looking carpet shampooer, no extra services provided and couches had to be re-done. Then the owner called about this & started arguing with me that this is the way furniture is professionally cleaned. I tried to tell him I was not happy with the service, and he continued to debate this with me. I hung up, very unhappy and out $85 and a couch & loveseat not clean
I'm not sure I received all of the services I paid for.
