Great job. They showed up on time and were very courteous and friendly. My carpets are older but looked great after the cleaning. I would recommed them to anyone.

I guess you get what you pay for...the process made my carpet feel matted and like it had a sticky residue. The people were nice but I think the traditional steam cleaning suits me better.

Terrible do not call this carpet company we need to claim from our insurance company to have new carpet which they are not agreeing to pay for that

Our manager himself (who has been training carpet cleaners for 20 years) told this customer that he should replace the carpets rather than to clean them but the customer said he did not want to spend the money on new carpet and asked our manager to "just do the best he could" Our manager then gave the customer a "double treatment" for no extra charge and yet he is now complaining hoping we or his insurance company (who turned him down) will pay for new carpet !
