I liked the product. I actually was surprised it worked as well as it did. I would have liked more time/product on the stairs as they we very soiled to begin with.
The people I dealt with we're nice and knowledgable. I don't feel like my carpets were deep cleaned as a steam cleaner might have gotten. I don't like the feel of my microfiber couch... Looks good but feels stiff now even after vacuuming it.
Quick Dry : The cleaning person was very considerate. My carpets and especially my hall stair carpets came out surprisingly clean. The job "quickly".
