Al was great. Product is ok. The product is brushed into the carpet but not sucked out so if there is any dirt it's still in my carpet. There were still some minor stains in my carpet and I had to use my own carpet product to easily brush out. Once again, Al is a good guy but the service is not what I expected.

I got a call from Al within minutes of requesting quotes. The next afternoon, a tech was at my house washing my leather sectional sofa. Looks like new now
Came on time and did a great job! Cleaned my carpet, couch and bed for a great price.
The man was very polite. But....all he did was use a plastic handle brush and some shampoo to clean the love seat, the couche, and chair with ottoman. I could have done that. No steam cleaning was performed at all. When I asked him about his cleaning procedure he said that steam cleaning would bring out the mold, dander, and deep down hairs ??!!??!!
