repaired my fridge in a timely manner
The repairmen were excellent. They were very efficient. It was obvious from watching them work that they were very experienced. The repair was done properly and I am very pleased with the results.
They seemed very busy, but organized and communicative. They asked if they could come earlier than originally schedule, which was fine with me, but then were later than rescheduled. I'm used to repairs, etc. taking longer than expected so I was too surprised. You can't really expect perfection because of traffic and delays in getting supplies, etc. Quite a good experience compared to others. Thank you Aaron!
