Aaron was professional and courteous. The garbage disposal had to be replaced and he was able to buy the part and come back within 2 hours. Highly satisfied.

Aaron checked out my washer which wasn't spinning the clothes or wringing them out. It was determined to be a bad transmission and another issue. Since the cost of a new washer transmission approaches the cost of a new washer, I decided to pay for Aaron's trip charge, but he gave me three days in case I change my mind to have him do the repair, at which time he would credit me what I paid for his trip charge.
