Thank you for your help! Returned to my apartment only to find I had lost my keys somewhere throughout the night. Called A-1 and Desmond arrived within 20 minutes of calling to help! He was professional and not scared of my "attack dog" I had waiting inside. He also has a good sense of humor to lighten the mood. They were willing to quickly help me with my baby that was locked in a room :-) I so appreciate their willingness to respond- they rearranged their schedule to make room for me and I am super thankful. I will definitely use them again. I recently locked my keys in my car in a store parking lot. It was at night time, but A-1 was very quick to respond, and had my car open in less than 2 minutes. Very friendly too! I will definitely use them again.
Desmond provided us incredible service Desmond provided us incredible service when we needed our home locks re-keyed after a break-in. He was able to arrive within 10-15 minutes of our call and was professional, efficient and friendly. He even helped secure a door latch that was not part of the work he had quoted us at no additional cost.I cannot recommend him highly enough!

charged a VERY reasonable fee. I ordered a new key FOB through the website recommended by A-1. I called them after receiving it, and they came to me the same day, programmed it in 10 minutes, and charged a VERY reasonable fee.

They even worked a deal with me because I did not have a lot of cash on me and it was Sunday and the bank was closed so I am thankful for their service.
