They were very fast and helpful A-1 was the third "24 hour" locksmith I called, and the only one who answered on a Sunday. They were very fast and helpful. Pat took down my information and explained to me what would have to be done to replace my lost key. When Desmond, the locksmith, got there the snow was so bad that he had to park nearly two blocks away. Even after walking through the snow he was super pleasant, and fixed my problem really quickly. I would definitely recommend A-1 for anyone's lock and key problems.

Great service, fair price and a timely response. I was locked out of my house on a Sunday afternoon. I called 4 places and all were unwilling to help in a timely fashion. I called A-1, they were there within 30 minutes and i was in my house 5 minutes after that. I would recommend them to anyone in the Grand Rapids area that needs help. Great company! Great company, I live in Michigan and locked my keys in my car. Its winter and very cold and they came right away. Prices were reasonable and the service was so good that I gave the locksmith a tip. Overall great service!!!!!!!!!
I would hire them again without hesitation. I have been very impressed with A-1. Twice I have needed to hire a locksmith to change locks because of area break-ins. The first time was in the evening. I didn't have much hope of finding anyone that could come out quickly, or that would even be open after 5:00. A few phone calls confirmed this. Finally, I came across the number for A-1.
