I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone! Incredibly friendly, fast & efficient! Desmond arrived at my house within 20 minutes after I called, just as he said he would! He is extremely friendly and very reasonably priced. Other locksmiths I called had higher rates, and could not make it to my home for several hours. I was very happy I called Desmond and I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone! He's the best! :)

I only wish I had called sooner. The locksmith, Desmond, was very friendly and professional. He arrived quickly and provided his service in a timely manner. He even changed my light-bulb for me. The price was right too. I would HIGHLY recommend A1 locksmith to anyone. I only wish I had called sooner.

Very friendly and does a great job for a great price I am the Property Manager of the Mini Storage Depot in Wyoming, MI - we have used A-1's services a few times in the past 5 years. Desmond always arrives within 15 minutes of the call, is very friendly and does a great job for a great price. We highly recommend A-1 as well as Desmond's services!

I would highly recommend A-1 locksmith. I called A-1 to rekey my house after moving in. Desmond came right over and began working within 20-30 minutes of my call. He gave excellent service and did a great job. Our house is now safe with new keys just for us. I would highly recommend A-1 locksmith. 5 Stars!!

The staff was friendly and helpful. I locked myself out of my house and contacted them to pick the lock on my door. Within fifteen minuted -probably closer to ten- someone was at my house and the door was unlocked five minutes later. The locked was saved and the staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing I can't vouch for is the price. It was $80 and I have no clue whether that is good or bad as this was the only company I contacted.

The price was very reasonable Last fall, I walked away from my table at a bar for about 15 minutes, and returned to find my car keys missing. The bartender explained he'd found them- but had already given them away to some drunkard! After a day or two of calling back the bar and other businesses in the area to no avail, I called around and learned A-1 would be able to make a new key on the spot. Thanks A-1! I called after locking my keys in my car. A-1 arrived shortly after I called and let me into my car within a matter of minutes. The locksmith knew what he was doing much better than some towing places do who don't specialize in locks. Fast, friendly and a reasonable price. Thanks A-1!

He did an excellent job finding a solution The locksmith (Desmond) was at our new house to change out all of the locks within twenty minutes from the time I called A-1 this Saturday. From the very beginning the front door's deadbolt proved to be FAR more challenging than either of us had anticipated, but he kept plugging away at it and was able to have it changed out along with the four other locks on the house. Thanks Desmond and Pat! After calling 4 other locksmith services in Grand Rapids on a sunday morning locked out of my running car and hearing multiple excuses about why my car was "most likely" un-lockable, I contacted A-1. They had no excuses for me and when I mentioned what the other companies had brought up, they simply stated that they could at least try.
