Use A-1. I had never posted a recommendation online until now. The level of detail Tony provided and the quality of the presentation is unmatched. The report is color coded by level of importance, cross-referenced to pictures and further detail and recommendations, and really, really well done. It is all in a hard covered binder. It makes other inspections I've had done look like children did them.

Hire this guy! – My wife and I are in the process of buying a new home, and hired Tony to do the home inspection for us. He was extremely thorough, respectable (he even went as far as doing the whole interior inspection in his socks, as to not scuff the carpet), and explained everything in detailed, understandable terms and showed me key points of interest after the inspection was complete. Professional Home Inspector. – Hiring Tony to do our home inspection is one of the best things we have done throughout our home buying process. He performed an incredibly thorough and detailed inspection. As promised he sent out our home inspection report that night through e-mail and mailed a hard copy the next day. Before you buy a house – Ok it is about to be 2011, so if you are dreaming big, making goal of buying a new house, make sure you have Tony Dalon do your inspection prior to closing the house. Tony's inspection report was very detailed and easy to understand. Steps to buying a house 1. Get pre approved 2. Find a house 3. Most important, Get Tony to inspect it 4. Look over a very detailed report. 5. Then buy a house with little surprises.

A-1 Home Inspections does an A+ job – I am a first-time homebuyer. My husband met Tony and was very impressed by his credentials. We were definitely not let down. He was on time and very professional. He took his time and did an extremely thorough job. I was especially impressed with the report, which was very detailed and well put together. Even I could understand it, which is certiainly a plus! We will definitely be recommending A-1 Home Inspections in the future and will be using their services again if needed.

Professional & Thorough – I recently needed a home inspection performed and was unable to schedule any of several recommended inspectors due to heavy volume as a result of the recent new home buyer and existing home tax credits about to expire. Tony is that good – Tony was commissioned to do a new house inspection for me. I am so glad that I choose his service over the others. He is as knowledgeable as one can possibly get in the field of construction. I do not know what to ask because I am a rookie, he keep telling me what he was looking at with great explanation. Best Home Inspection in Knoxville area! – I would like to recommend A-1 Home Inspections for those that live in the Knoxville area. We sold our home and moved to South Carolina. After a thorough search for a good inspector we hired A-1 to do a pre-sell inspection on the home we were selling. The inspector that did our home was named Tony; he was an older man, and easily the most professional of three inspectors we have dealt with. Excellent and Thorough Home Inspection – We recently purchased a new home in Nashville. A-1 was highly recommended to the buyer of our old home by his realtor. When we saw the job they did for our buyer, we decided to use them for our inspection. A-1 doesn't have an office in Nashville. The inspector agreed to do the inspection, but would have to charge an extra $100 for the travel expense and time involved.
