Salivia Tony - A-1 Family Dental Care I dont know how the office was in 2005-2008 but i went there a few days ago because I need my wisdom teeth pulled. I had no problems there. It was small and not exactly "high class" but they were nice to me. Im getting 2 teeth taken out in 2 days and am not worried about it at all.
a-1 dental I find that the office at a-1 is very unprofessional ! They are always in a hurry and rushing patients. I had a appointment for a abscess tooth on a wed, the office called me that morning and told me that they needed to cancel my appointment due to a emergency , okay that was fine i could deal with the pain 1 more day . my apt was now for Friday. I get to the office on Friday and the receptionist tells me the Dr has left due to an emergency, at this point i am furious,there is more than 1 dentist there and also wh... read more
A-1 FAMILY DENTAL I have visited A-1 and I cant complain. THEY HAVE CHANGED THE OFFICE FURNITURE SO THAT IS A PLUS. I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE RECEPTIONIST. ONE OF THE GIRLS THERE IN PARTICULAR HAS ALWAYS HELPED ME OUT IF I HAD QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS. MY SON FEELS VERY COMFORTABLE THERE. I HAD A PRE EXISTING PROBLEM WITH A FORMER DENTIST AND I HAD WENT TO A-1 TO GET A SECOND OPINION. I ENDED UP SWITCHING OVER TO A-1. the dentist was very nice! and very patient with my 12 year old brother i took my 12 year old brother here to have a root canal he was afraid at first but he seen the asian dentist i dont know his name but he was very very friendly and understanding to my brothers fear of the dentist and kept stopping to make sure he was numbed enough and felt no pain, my brother said he is not afraid to go back to a dentist as long as its the same one... i think they are great there
Deplorable Denistry Last year I had a toothache and went to A-1 Family Dental Care. The doctor advised me that I needed a root canal which she performed that day. Within a couple of days the tooth broke. I went back to see her and she stated she had to prep the tooth for a crown immediately, but did not have the time and asked that I reschedule. When I came back to have the tooth prepped, she damaged the filling in the next tooth over accidentally. She repaired it but told me that it did not come out right and would have to ... read more
Terrible treatment!!!! This office is horrible! I was seen in January 2010 for what was scheduled to be a cleaning and check of a tooth. I arrived an hour early for my appt. and was not seen for 2.5 hours. Apparently my insurance had the wrong birthday for me however they did not tell me until I had been there for 1.5 hours. RUN~~~~~ A-1 Family Dental is Extremely dirty! The Health Inspector needs to step in. Management is incompetent! Unfriendly and does not understand English well. I have been charged for services not done and now they want to send them to collection. I contacted the main office in Fort Washington, P.A. the customer service rep.
