Excellent Visit ! The administrative assistant was very helpful and friendly, and the Dentist explained terms to me very simply and easily. I was very nervous on my first visit and they eased my worries.
Having a root canal.. Having a root canal done with Dr. George was the best root canal experience I've ever had. I could go back to work straight after root canal and never had pain again. I would recommend Dr. George to anyone needing a root canal. He is the best!!!
I went in to meet Dr. Bandelac I went in to meet Dr. Bandelac for a second opinion on my dental procedure as his office was providing free consultation. I was not sure if I required the procedure that was suggested by my dentist as he was pretty vague about it. I reached Dr. Bandelac's office 10-15 mins before my appointment and was glad to find that he was ready to see me as he was already done with the previous appointment. Terrible treatment!!!! This office is horrible! I was seen in January 2010 for what was scheduled to be a cleaning and check of a tooth. I arrived an hour early for my appt. and was not seen for 2.5 hours. Apparently my insurance had the wrong birthday for me however they did not tell me until I had been there for 1.5 hours. The office manager pulls me in the office to tell me that I had a balance that had already been paid by my insurance in 2008 and then said that I could be seen but no work would be done because of the bi... read more
Dirty Place This place should not be open. It is so nasty looking in their. They don't clean, it's past ghetto. The staff in their are very ingorant and unprofessional. I can't belive the dentist hired these people to work their.
manager sucks I love the dentist and the dental assistants.very helpful,professional and very accomodating.BUT the office manager is clueless.I've been coordinating with him and with my dental insurance.CIGNA said they never receive a claim from them but the manager said he's been claiming all the bilss but they were denied.wtf...now I'm billed with $2400 and possible to screw my credit because of incompetence with the manager.8 have called him several times and he's not a big fan of the so called "return call".hopefully the... read more
Good DOCTORS! I have no complaints w/ this dental facility. They are very clean and the dentist there know what theyre doing. I see Dr. Xiu Lee and he is absolutely the BEST!!! He knows exactly whats in the best interest for his patient.
