We are disappointed:Our Frigdaire Gallery refrigerator failed 1 month post warranty. (Frigidaire agreed to repairs as in a warrantee). 1. A diagnostic service person sent via Frigidaire identified that the problem required compressor replacement. That company forwarded the actual repair request to A****. A-1 sent a service person who only came to, yet again, diagnose the problem, no repair.3. They were recommended to me by the store that sold me my upright freezer - Great service and on time - fixed the problem must say I will recommend them to family and friends - I was impressed.
These are undoubtedly the very BEST service people we've ever used!! They are incredibly Honest & continue to work until the problem is solved. Recently we had a problem that entailed their making numerous trips to repair our refrigerator. I have used others, but "these guys" are the very BEST. Put their number in your phone & you will be taken care of when problems arise. We are in our in our seventies & live in Fairfield. Give Jerry, Andrew, Todd, Christie & the others a call and you will not regret it. Thanks
