Dean has been excellent both times he has come for servicing our dryer vent. Friendly, communicative and professional, he has done a great job explaining everything.
Dean was very knowledgeable and explained everything very well.
Dean kept me notified of his arrival. He went right to work and did a great job cleaning the vent without leaving one piece of lint in the yard. Showed me the photos, ran a dryer test and explained how the vent cleaning would probably solve the problem I was having. He was very kind and personable. I would recommend Dean to my friends.
