Tad came very quickly and was able to replace the damaged hose to my dishwasher. I have pets in the home and he was so sweet to them! I’ve had someone before that did not want a little curious cat nearby. Will absolutely always call A-1 and ask for Tad for any appliance service needs in my home.
Ben was wonderful, polite and explained every step of the repair process and warning signs if the issues redeveloped. Very considerate of the workspace, cleanliness was key- couldn’t tell he had been there other than my ice maker working again! A1 and Ben will be recommended!!!
Dean was very friendly and helpful. He did a great job cleaning out the dryer vent and replaced the exhaust on the outside of the house.
