Tad is the excellent kind of repair person every homeowner feels lucky to get. He zooms in and identifies the source of appliance problems like an expert marksman. Class act. Professional and knowledgeable. Serviceman was respectful, knowledgeable, & efficient. Took care in approaching the repair and disassembling the gas range in our kitchen. He laid blankets to protect the floor and was considerate with his presence in our home. Highly recommend!

Tech and I discussed doing one repair on the stove (a gas burner that wouldn't light) before replacing about $1000 of electronic parts recommended by ***************. I was suspicious that their tech service wasn't able to diagnose the "communication error" message so recommended changing everything that might be causing the problem (at great cost to me).
