First time working out here and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The trainers were very helpful and pushed me while making sure my technique was modified to accommodate my recent shoulder injury. I will definitely be back. What a way to get back into a workout routine, I recommend this to anyone wanting to kick-start their workout.
Absolutely LOVE the new 9 Rds off of FM 2977! The owners and trainers are amazing! So motivational and passionate about what they do! The best 30 min workouts ever! So tough, but so much FUN!!!
