Excellent 30 minute cardiovascular workout. Trainers are excellent. Station I like most is the speedbag. Just need to work on the endurance part.
I could not say enough good things about 9 rounds in Rosenberg!! From day 1 everyone has been very welcoming, and kind! Awesome workout! Even though we had to modify it due to an injury, the trainer really made sure I got a full workout!

Great atmosphere, intimate setting, great trainers. Very personal. Josh takes his time with each person, manages to work the room and give and equal amount of enthusiasm and encouragement to all in attendance. I love it! Zack pushes me to the point where i dont like him very much, Lol. There is a young lady there that is really nice too. Everyone is just amazing. I'm addicted.

I LOVE 9 Round. Every one of the trainers there is awesome and encourages you every step of the way. I've been a member for a little over a month & I'm 10lbs down and already see the difference in my endurance. This has honestly been the only workout routine that I've ever done that I can actually stick with and see results. I walk out drenched in sweat every time and I'm sore all over; but I have never enjoyed working out as much as I love working out here! ��
