I absolutely LOVE 9Round Rosenberg! The staff are friendly and super helpful. They provide a wide variety of work outs and the music that’s played is super motivating!!!! I highly recommend 9Round if your looking for a fast pace yet effective work out.

I was looking for a gym/fitness center that wasn’t busy and where I felt comfortable. I asked around and received nothing but compliments about 9Round. I’ve only worked with Jana thus far and she’s absolutely amazing! I like the fact that it’s only 30 minutes, BUT you get a full body workout and it’s literally 2 minutes away from my home!
This place is great! They modify the exercises and I feel so much better only 5 days but I can’t wait
