Joined about a month ago. High energy and high intensity. Trainers there to guide you and motivate you along the way. Glad I joined and looking to get in shape!

Absolutely love this place!! Total body workout at your pace, but also the trainers are there to help you every step of the way. Everything from the music, workouts, and overall atmosphere is amazing!! I was super nervous at first but I cannot wait to get back in there!!!
Went and experienced a 9 round workout. It was awesome. Everyone was great.
I hadn't worked out in over 4 years so I was unsure of what to expect. However I was pleasantly surprised the facilities are great and accessible I love the energy even though I wasn't able to finish the entire 30 minutes. It's conveniently located and I'm excited to be a part of it.
I went yesterday to try it out and really enjoyed it. I don’t like in-your-face gyms where people are clapping you on every 5 seconds and yelling and screaming, makes me cringe. I really liked Orange Theory Fitness, where you have a group training atmosphere with one coach helping a group of people trying to survive 60 mins. The issue there is you have to sign up for a class, and of course the busy hours are almost impossible to get into, and it’s an hour. I feel like this place has the best balance of both. Love everything about 9 Round. We have a personal trainer each time we work out. My husband and teenage daughter and myself love working out together with our 9 round family.
