The workout is always different, intense and effective in a short amount of time. The 9 Round culture is clean, there is a ton of clean support from the coaches and the other members that makes you want to return again and again. No bad habits like downing someones progress or pushing someone too hard. I love the positive atmosphere, the loud music, and the personal training! I get in a great workout in a very short amount of time! I feel motivated to keep it up! It’s been a great way for me to relieve stress and lose weight.
