Great concept and so much fun. I really enjoy going and it's a great way to end the day. The team there, Talif, Larry, Rico and the other trainers are great. They know when to push you and have a great time working out.

Awesome workout, the trainers are great and it's a lot of fun
I love 9Rounds! The trainers are awesome and make you feel like you can do anything! I look forward to my workouts and want to workout everyday! Which is unlike me, I never used to want to workout. Anyone can do it you just have to stick with it. My first session I couldn't do much at all and felt a bit overwhelmed but after a month and a half I am able to keep up and am seeing amazing body changes.
It's what I look forward to every day when I get off work. KILLER workout, it's the perfect stress reliever, and the trainers are so welcoming and kind, but push you to be the best you can be! I'm so happy I got over my fears and gave it a chance!
