RecommendedI started in January with a 3 month membership. I requested to extend to 6 before my 3 months were over. They are so friendly and engaging. I love Kev he is so encouraging and seems to care. Kyle, Brit and Kev is who I encounter most when I go in and they are very professional, encouraging and fun. I met the owner twice and he too was energetic, knowledgeable and passionate about taking care of his customers. I love that it only takes 30 mins and you work every inch of your body. This facility is extremely unprofessional and unwilling to help clients. Cancelling is absolutely ridiculous and apparently impossible. It took me a month to actually get ahold of someone on the phone as they don’t like to answer the phone and I moved out of Jacksonville so unfortunately going into the facility is not an option. Then, I find out that I was still charged for another month after I cancelled. And yet again, no one will answer the phone or respond to my email.
Awesome today! Challenge my "Everything!" Lol. The trainer pushed and motivated me to give my all. Great place to workout right after work.
Just moved to the area this week they made my transition to a new location very easy when signing up for a new plan. Great workout and great trainers!

This place is amazing! The trainers are very encouraging and motivating. You get a full body workout in 30 mins. It's great for everyone. it's amazing how much progress you can feel and see when you keep at it. I highly recommend this gym!
I love my workouts here. Danish is the MAN, he brings the energy, motivation, and fun to each and every workout. You can tell just how much he loves his job. Shout out to Larry and Ebony too!
You will be challenged and motivated like you’ve never been before!! Hands down my favorite gym in town. The trainers are amazing and will push you to be the strongest version of yourself. ☺️
I absolutely love this workout. You can get an effective group workout with individualized training. It’s energizing and never gets boring. The trainers are awesome and push you to be your best. I highly recommend you give it a try!
