Tried this workout out today after I ran into the owner at the reindeer run who convinced me to check out the gym in lieu of drinking the free beer from the race. I am so glad I did. I've done kickboxing/mma style workouts in the past but not recently and I had forgotten what a fabulous complete workout it is. Only workout I've ever done where I've actually felt like I pushed myself to the edge physically. I'll be sore tomorrow but it felt great. Loved this place everyone is super friendly and encouraging and they will motivate you to push yourself ! If you want a gym were you feel welcomed and don't mind getting a little sweaty this is the place to go !!!
