Absolutely amazing! I came in from a 9round out of town n literally had Janay n JLo kick my butt in the best way!! Super energetic and top notch focus and attention. Loved the new training regimen I learned and loved how hard I was pushed! It was a customized workout as the trainers were so In tune with the individual needs of all the other members and adjusted their intensity accordingly! Highly highly recommend this gym and the incredible trainers!!

I'm traveling from Raleigh to Siesta Key and was so excited when I saw 9 Round right across from my hotel. 30 minutes was all it took for a fun, challenging full-body work out. Whether your local or just visiting, I highly recommend going!
I absolutely love 9Round!!! The trainers are AMAZING & the owners are awesome. I actually look forward to working out and seeing what each workout holds. I have always been a little challenged when it comes to certain excercises but the more I do it I am getting better day by day. The trainers are very knowledgeable and they always have your back. They honestly do care. They are more like family then trainers. So come out and visit Lo, Larry, Ricco and Simoan. ❤️❤️❤️
It is the best workout to rev your metabolism! My HR was up the whole time and you definitely feel it the next day. I would highly recommend at least trying it out!
