I would highly suggest you DON’T live at 927 West Morgan. The hallways and indoor stairwells are covered in dog urine and feces and trash, the “luxury” amenities you’re paying big bucks for are broken, neighbors allow dogs to urinate off their balconies, and then dump buckets of bleach over the edge (and took management over a month to address the issue), plus you pay for a package locker that isn’t used an in turn packsges are stolen regularly.
