⭐ 1-Star Review Very disappointing and unprofessional customer service. I took my lawn mower there expecting them to at least inspect it before giving me a price. Instead, without even properly checking the mower, I was told that I needed to pay $30. When I questioned the charge and refused, the person was extremely rude and told me, “Go check it yourself.” I understand that businesses can charge inspection or diagnostic fees, but the way I was treated was completely unacceptable. Took a running edge trimmer for a gas line replacement and a leaf blower that would not start. $30 deposit to evaluate for repair. Next day got a message saying $100 dollars labor for each and that each would need a new carburetor. $25 dollars for the edge trimmer carb and $30 dollars for the leaf blower carb. Not an honest maintenance and repair shop. Went to Home Depot and picked up a spark plug for the leaf blower and it started right up. Watched a YouTube video and tuned the edge trimmer.
