I have been renting from 8th st property management for over a year and my experience has been very positive. They have replied to my requests promptly. I appreciate the fact that they keep constant schedule on exterminators every first week of the month. I have ocd so I can’t see a bug in my home. They make that possible and I’m pleased about it. Overall is clean and peaceful in the building and Edgardo is simply EXCELLENT , fast to respond, to resolve, professional and kind.
