Very professional, best property management in town.
Truly terrible experience throughout. Apartment itself (at 979 SW 10th St) was not up to code- no proper outside ventilation for the stove or the washer/dryer, so that it just vented humidity and dust into the apartment. Complaints got me a dust filter for the dryer hose but no real assistance, and apartment consistently had humidity and mold issues throughout. Maintenance man Alex was friendly, but actually getting maintenance to come was difficult, and often did not fully fix the problem- I requested a fix to a broken door... read more

My elderly mom has lived in one of their properties under Section 8 since Oct 2023. So far, whenever I’ve contacted their office-and spoken with Alex, their response time has been quite effective, and they have been accessible & have addressed our concerns in a timely manner. No complaints thus far, and hope to never have an issue.
