BAD EXPERIENCE EVER, THE LADY WAS VERY RUDE
Very disappointing experience with this property management the customer service was extremely poor . The old lady working there was very rude and didn’t seem interested in helping at all Instead of assisting or answering questionsshe had a bad attitude and acted unprofessionally. When you work in customer service basic and respect to help should be the minimum. Unfortunately, that was not the case here 👎🏻 I would give a 0 star but I can’t . Good luck

Alex has been very helpful and the staff is understanding and works with you. I’ve been at my apartment for about 4 years and haven’t had any issue. I’m happy with the management team at 8th street and would recommend.
