For someone who truly enjoys DC this apartment complex offers easy access to the best restaurants, pubs, and social events. There is a grocery store next door. Highly recommend.

Experience is good for the most part minus the nei... Experience is good for the most part minus the neighborhood which can feel unsafe. Enjoy the building amenities and events. Building is clean and well maintained and the roof can’t be beat.

Terrible These apartments are not worth the money. The design is draconian — units get very little natural light. The alarm system goes off every other day. Other tenants are noisy. The walls are paper thin. Spend your money elsewhere!
Lipstick on a Pig. The amenities will fool you, but that's all there is to this building. Many of the good reviews are compensated (residents are asked to review for points/money) or from other Bozzuto managed buildings. There are pests (which the office doesn't acknowledge), constant intruders, and a general lack of transparency about your safety. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone; there are much better properties.
Noisy and unresponsive management The building and facilities are great, but it feels more like a frat house than a place where working people live. The noise level is ridiculous at all hours of the night each and every day. No matter how much you try to plea with management to enforce some sense of quiet hours (i.e., realize that putting subwoofers up on your neighbors wall and cranking up the bass at 1am every night Sunday through Thursday) they simply will not bother. Unsafe Neighborhood, Unresponsive Management We lived in 800 P/City Market at O which is the adjoining building before moving into the brand new 880P building in early 2019. The building is beautiful, the amenities are great, and they plan a lot of resident activities/happy hours/breakfasts/etc. which is wonderful. HOWEVER, there has been an uptick in crime over the last year in this neighborhood (fatal shootings, fatal stabbings, aggressive homeless people) and management has done nothing to improve the security of the buil... read more
NOT SAFE Shootings, stabbings, prostitution and homeless people sleeping on the roof seem to be a daily occurrence. Management does not do anything to keep the building safe after multiple pleas from the community.
Fantastic Apartment and 5/5 Service! My boyfriend and I moved into 880 P in January of 2018. We have been living here happily ever since! The building is filled with friendly tenants and staff. It is very clean and the amenities are GREAT (rooftop pool, waterfall, firepits, piano room, gym). The building is dog friendly and the location is PERFECT.
