This company is my go-to place for everything Mac related. Excellent customer service, easy access from either freeway (no need to wade through the traffic of downtown Palo Alto) & to top it off, I met the owner and he actually sat with me for 20 minutes fixing things I didn't even know could be fixed via software when I thought I had a hardware issue. I recommend these guys to anybody, anywhere. Wish they had a location in the East Bay nearer to my house- LOL!
Abbi was amazing. He saved my seemingly ruined MacBook Air after I spilled water all over it. Apple even told me to seek out a registered Mac repair store as they could only replace it, not fix it. Well, Abbi and his team outdid them! They have gained a lifetime customer!
